We stand for transparency, communication and people, in an industry that can often be very transactional. We care strongly for our clients and network of amazingly skilled contractors and experts! As much as we focus on the technical aspect of the Planning Industry, our approach is to inject logic, common sense and practical solutions to our work, while maintaining positive and productive relationships with Councils nationwide. We have extensive experience with residential land use and subdivision resource consents (multi- unit and single home) and are also able to assist with regional consents.
