Hello Infinity, My first I call to Infinity...

Hello Infinity, My first I call to Infinity about my Outlook issue, Victoria got my call and she was very helpful. After she did what she had to do. Then, Outlook was working and I thank her for the help. Then, with my luck it happened again with Outlook not working again. James took the call. He was very helpful and my Outlook worked again. Of course, Outlook started again not working. I called Infinity again for the third time and Alex did is magical and Outlook has been working with out any problem. Crossing my fingers I did not to jinx my Outlook. I would like to say, when I had the big problem with Outlook about nine months ago Outlook has not been the same and I have had many problems since that time. I would say Infinity staff is very kind and very helpful. Since my position is most emails like Trish your staff tries very hard to work on my Outlook problems as soon as possible. Everyone was so helpful but I'd have to give extra kudos to Chris Schumacher. He worked to get my laptop prepped for remote work and actually worked at least an extra hour past closing, on a FRIDAY, and actually called back when he discovered the answer to the problem I was having. Very Nice!

Chris called me back after I left two message to Infinity about not being to remote in. Since the system was not up I went to the bank. Chris caught at the bank. Once I got back we spoke and the system was totally down. I appreciate Chris is so helpful to explain the problem I am having with the system and fix the problem in most cases. Like Monday, June 6, 2022 every must working hard to get Nephrology And Hypertension Medical System System back up. Thank you, Paula L. Deray
