About HavenRise Academy of Jacksonville
HavenRise Academy of Jacksonville offers structured, compassionate mental health treatment specifically designed for adolescents in grades 6–12. We provide multiple levels of care—including Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Outpatient Therapy (OP), and Family Support Services—tailored to meet the unique developmental and emotional needs of teens. Our trauma-informed, evidence-based approach helps adolescents build resilience, develop coping skills, and strengthen family relationships.
