About Haroon Siddique, MD, PA, Fort Worth
Dr. Haroon Siddique, MD, is a double board-certified psychiatrist (ABPN, ABPM) with over 20 years of experience providing expert care for a wide range of psychiatric conditions including depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, dementia, and complex substance use disorders. He completed his residency in General Psychiatry at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, where he served as Chief Resident, followed by fellowship training in Geriatric Psychiatry at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. Dr. Siddique is the Medical Director at both Medical City Decatur’s Intensive Outpatient Program and Medical City Mental Health and Wellness Alliance in Fort Worth. He offers evidence-based care combining psychotherapy and medication management in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Dr. Siddique emphasizes a patient-centered approach that focuses on long-term mental health improvement and functional recovery.
