About HBR Victoria Addiction Treatment & Mental Health Counselling
Home Based Recovery (HBR) offers affordable online alcohol and drug treatment, including mental health counselling and assessments, accessible from anywhere in Canada or globally. If you are located in Victoria BC, we offer a private in-person recovery management groups facilitated by a registered therapist on Sundays 10:30am-12 noon at our offices. We can provide comprehensive substance use and mental health assessments to individuals, employers and third party insurance companies. We provide individual counselling and psychotherapy, trauma therapy, couples therapy and family therapy. We welcome self-referrals, and also referrals from other sources whether another clinician, physician, employer and insurance providers.
