GroundWork Counseling & CBT offers specialized therapy for anxiety, OCD, and related mental health challenges in the Orlando area. Our services include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to address anxiety disorders, OCD, phobias, panic attacks, depression, and emotional concerns. We work with individuals of all ages, including adults, teenagers, and children. Since our founding in 2013 by a mother-daughter team, our mission has been to provide compassionate counseling & therapy and empower clients with effective tools for overcoming life's challenges.
