Dragonfly Counselling is a group practice offering counselling and wellness services to individuals, children, youth, couples and families. We support clients through every stage of life with a focus on healing, growth, and mental well-being. Our goal is to help clients navigate life's challenges with resilience and self-awareness, using evidence-based approaches all while fostering a genuine, human connection.
