Dr. Rick , a chiropractor with over 20 years of experience and a lifelong athlete and coach, developed a unique weight loss program after a heartfelt moment with his daughter. When she asked for help flattening her tummy before a dance recital, he put his knowledge to the test—and it worked. Inspired by her success, Dr. Saracen created a kid-friendly program to help combat childhood obesity. With over 26 million children affected in the US, their mission is to empower kids to make better food choices and feel confident in their bodies—without giving up the joy of having ice cream for dinner.
