Our parts department is staffed with knowledgeable sales representatives from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday, because we want you to be able to service your customer as quickly as possible. And for those times when your service technician needs a little help working through a challenging installation issue, our technical support personnel are available 24/7/365 to help guide them.
Our core business is in re-manufacturing automatic door parts and pieces with repair and replacements - the largest in the nation for this (If you walk through a Lowes, Target, Home Depot, and if the doors open by themselves, there’s a 90% chance that our parts are in that door making it operate). We have a contract hardware team (have done DCM hardware for 15-16 years) doing manual door parts and hardware (including the doors for that) - we do it on the new construction side; if it’s being built from scratch or renovated, we provide the specified hardware for that project - but also when you see a maintenance van in front of a building and they’re working on a door, we provide that hardware as well.
