Service is excellent. Ryan Ybarra was very knowledgeable, friendly and made himself available to fit my schedule, which was very helpful. I was very pleased with his service and the service of DEVsource as a whole. On a side note, not a complaint, perhaps a process change for our company. When the change over took place for the workstation/computer, several of Meagan's programs were needed for the new person, so the computer was not wiped and programs reinstalled for the new person, rather the Meagan's user status was altered/maybe deleted and the programs left as is. However, when the new person took possession of the workstation/computer, many of Meagan's files remained on the computer, some of which were personal, specifically, a file full of family photos and photos of her young children. While one would think it not normal to keep an entire photo album on their work computer, knowing it's company equipment, in reality, we spend more waking hours at work than with our own family. That said, all of the photos were completely available to the new person. The saving grace was that the 'new person' was me and I wouldn't dream of doing anything nefarious with the photos of her young children, but it is possible, that the situation could have been very different. I'm sure you can see where I'm going with this. All of this said, in the future, we would prefer to wipe our workstations/computers completely and reload programs as needed for the position, when repurposing them for a new individual or task. Please note, that I don't know what is normal protocol for situations such as this and I still do not hesitate giving DEVsource and Ryan a 10/most excellent rating. If you have any questions, please let me know, I'll be happy to help. M. Patterson
