About Cross State Tax & Financial, LLC
Cross State Tax was officially organized at the end of 2021 by two business partners who began working together in 2003, and have owned their own Investment Advisory firm since 2015. For many years they had assisted their investment advisory clients with tax preparation and tax planning before extending those services to others in need. The partners have a very similar business philosophy to Diana and her staff…from the initial meeting of the leaders of both companies, it was obvious that the client-caring environment of both firms were a perfect match.
