About Us

Continuous Networks helps business owners, leaders, and IT managers ELIMINATE technical vulnerabilities that cost their businesses thousands of dollars every month. This starts by getting to know the business, the business owner and who the business's customer is. We then create a process around technology disciplines that are exclusively focused on meeting the goals of the business. This gets tracked, measured and reported over time, which creates confidence that technology is supporting and bettering the business, not holding it back.

Alec' s performance is always superb. He keeps notes on the setup of my computer so whenever I have issues, which are usually due to updates or obtaining a new computer, he is able to resolve them quickly by referring back to them.

This wasn't Christopher's fault, but this OneDrive syncing issue comes up over and over in our APDA chapter and other chapters, and it is like Continuous starts from scratch every time. He had trouble finding where our chapter OneDrive resides, which is a similar problem the last tech had that helped me in 2020 when I had to install OneDrive on a new laptop. That tech had it all installed and "finished" when I pointed out that all the folders were empty and we had to start over. So the issue isn't the employee capability, so much as maybe Continuous saving some notes somewhere so when APDA calls with OneDrive issues you can easily get up to speed. From start to finish this took up nearly 3 hours of my time which seems like a lot.
