Great value and fanatical service. Whenever we have a problem, it gets resolved with a quick phone call. Sometimes, the issue gets resolved BEFORE we know about it thanks to their pro-active monitoring.

Having a mature company in my corner like Computer St. Louis enables me to focus more on business and less on IT structure and stability. It's nice to know that our data and network are always well maintained and extremely secure. Working with a company that is pro-active and not re-active makes a world of difference. And for those unexpected issues that will occur from time to time, the response time and resolution is second to none.

I asked that a new employee login be created. It was created but she was not given access to the server. It seems that the technician should know that she needed access to the server since that it were all our files are. He didn't so I had to call to have that corrected. Once she was given access, everyone else in the company lost their access. Bobby call asking if I could connect to the server. I told him I could. The next day, one by one, each employee came to me saying they did not have access to the server. it took 2 days to get everyone connected. I think that once Bobby saw a problem with the connection, he should have check all 6 connections without me having to call on each of them. Very disappointed.
