About Commune
Commune is a neighbourhood café in Fitzroy, offering a relaxed and welcoming space for locals and visitors. By day, we focus on high-quality specialty coffee in collaboration with Spectrum Coffee, delivering a premium coffee experience across all brew methods, alongside fresh pastries and a simple, quality-driven brunch menu inspired by modern Turkish flavours.
Commune will also introduce a casual bistro (coming soon), featuring a small menu inspired by Turkish and modern Australian flavours, designed for sharing in a warm, social setting.
Our aim is to provide friendly service, consistently great coffee, and a comfortable environment where the community can gather and connect.
