About Bridge Prenatal
Bridge Prenatal is dedicated to supporting pregnant and postpartum populations across California, focusing on high-touch care to combat adverse outcomes that disproportionately impact birthing people of color. We emphasize trust, accessibility, and equity in care, particularly in the fourth trimester and postpartum period. By addressing social determinants of health and shifting care outside traditional settings, we enhance adherence to protocols, improving care quality and patient satisfaction. Our mission is to bridge the gap in healthcare from the first trimester to 12 months postpartum.
