The techs did such a great job on the first laptop I brought in, that I pulled a few more non-functioning laptops and a PC out of my closet and brought them in too. They were able to salvage parts from one laptop to use on another to avoid me having to buy parts. In addition, they wiped the hard drive of the unusable one and donated it to the Mercer County Boys and Girls Club, where they have high school students learning to repair PCs. I can't recommend them enough. Too bad there wasn't a rating higher than 10 !

I'm very happy I found this computer repair shop! I had two dead laptops just collecting dust in my house that I wanted to donate but they had confidential information on them. I didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars to repair them and delete my data only to get rid of them right after. Domain Tech Academy helped me wipe out my hard drive and destroy another one that was just no longer good and then donated them to a good cause for me. I was even able to get a tax receipt for them upon request! The only suggestion for improvement I have is for better communication. I had called and told them I would be stopping by because I wanted to see if my data was in fact deleted off the drive and it was a bit more difficult than I had thought it would be to reinstall the hard drive to show me. After realizing they could not install the hard drive to my personal laptop because it was going to be donated without being completely fixed, they got an external drive and a connected it to another laptop to show me it was deleted but it was just a bit confusing and a bit of a wait. Overall, I left satisfied and trust that they handled my laptop and information with care and honesty. I would recommend this place especially because it is run by students still in college who are offering their services at quite a significant discount in order to develop their skills in their fields. It was a win all around! Thank you Domain! =)
