AP Psychotherapy is owned by Annette Parker, an experienced mental health nurse and CBT psychotherapist with over 30 years experience in health care. The practice provides counselling and CBT psychotherapy for anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, grief, stress management, panic disorder, and PTSD. Annette specialises in CBT for mental health difficulties during pregnancy, postnatal depression and anxiety, and pregnancy loss. She also supports mental wellness challenges during menopause. Annette provides a compassionate and calm approach combined with experience and skill and uses proven CBT techniques to support clients. Therapy is available online and in person.
