Our unique and extensive offers across fitness, recovery, and wellness are unlike anything in the market. Although our focus is sustainable, progressive, social, and fun group fitness, we also offer uncoached (virtual) group fitness sessions and an open gym from 4 am to 10 pm daily (when our coached sessions aren't running). Our awesome fit-out gives you access to all the equipment you need to stay strong, fit & healthy. We have luxurious, private recovery rooms, each featuring an infrared sauna, zero-gravity massage chair, compression boots, and more!
