So far with whatever Tom did my computer seems to be running better. I have not had the issues I had toly you about yet. I will keep watching.

Blue Jean Networks are the best in the business! They keep my system running problem free and when something does arise they fix it right away and I don't have to worry about losing data or internet security issues.

I guess I do not understand why we are constantly having to fix an issue, then the next time I need to use the previously fixed issue..... then I have to call it back in to have it fixed again prior to using . its recursive.
