It was frustrating to have to deal with a configuration issue but Mike and others kept working at it until they got it fixed. He also provided a workaround while troubleshooting the problem. Appreciate the effort.

I'm covering for someone that is out on vacation period she received an e-mail that I forwarded on to my computer. It had an attachment, I opened it. I grew suspect and sent it in to you folks to see if it was a scam, indeed it was. I asked if my computer was in danger of being compromised. Ryan did not understand the question, so I rephrased it and replied. I did not receive a reply back and I still don't know if I need to be concerned about the security of my computer. Could somebody please call me?

After install I ran speed tests and found that our 2 WAPs upstairs were the old model and max out at around 60, Mark was going to get with Tony to discuss getting them swapped out since we should be running at 300 (the downstairs WAp was the newer model and we were running at speed). I also mentioned this to Cheryl when I called in related to another ticket and she said she was aware. I just haven't heard anything as of yet.. Thanks!....
