My e-mail send gave specific instructions to remove a terminated employee from a specific e-mail group and instead her whole profile was taken down. With something as important as that, it is extremely important to actual read and make sure the correct task is performed. I did not appreciate the phone call I received from management due to someone at Arnet not reading and making an incorrect change.

Ryan was attentive to my questions and concerns related to security in MS Teams while run through our conference room. In short, anyone was able to log in with my credentials after me, which is a security risk. Ryan helped troubleshoot and fixed the problem. Thanks, Ryan!
