I was having an issue with a software program. I wanted to confirm the issue was within the software and not related to my laptop. Chris responded quickly to my ticket. He confirmed that this was not a laptop issue, so it was not something he could not fix. While he could not fix that, there was value in eliminating the hardware as the source. He also upgraded my Microsoft operating system in case that would resolve the issue and because it would improve overall operations.

The technicians are good, my issue is the response time when a ticket is placed. If you are going to take 2 days to respond just let the customer know. Communication is key. I understand emergency's come first but this is the 2nd time this has happened.

Ryan is exceptional. Understands the problem and is always creative in finding a solution. I always feel lucky when Ryan takes my call. When my call was not responded to in the 45 minutes I placed a call first thing in the morning, Ryan hopped on the phone to solve the problem prior to my meeting. Ryan gets it and understands the importance of being responsive. I wish Arnet as a company had the infrastructure to be as responsive.
