Mark is awesome. He always does a great job fixing what the internet / cable installers mess up. This time he had the added challenge of dealing with my parents, both in their mid to late eighties with "cognitive issues". If every person that came to my home & office was as smart & kind as Mark I think it would increase my life expectancy.

I started calling at 8:15 or 8:20, and it seemed like your office phone system was still on "Night'. I kept calling and finally got someone to answer at around 8:40. I was told that I would get a call back once someone was available. I did not hear back so around 9:40 I called again. I was assured that I would be called once someone was available again. The soonest a tech was able to call me and assist was after 10am. The tech was great and was able to help me get back on online quickly at that time, but by then I had been offline for 2 hours.

Good morning, I can't remember who I spoke with Friday morning about getting the computer in our Lobby up and running but he said he'd call me back in 15 mins but then didn't. Our prospects need to login to this when applying for an apartment. As of this writing they are unable. Thanks, Kim DeVine
