Mark Harler is so knowledgeable and has such a nice demeanor. He addresses our issues and fixes them the first time. Very happy with him. The only reason I did not rate Arnet higher is because it took a while for tech support to respond. When you phone keeps ringing in a loop and you can't get it to stop it was kind of important.

Arnet Technologies and Chris Burkhart are the absolute best IT providers. When it comes to knowledge and security you can feel 100 percent confident they have all matters covered!
