Erik was great. Our issue wasn't resolved, so that is the only reason for the 7. We need to retrieve data from our server, but were told that there are companies whose only mission is to retrieve data.... so I'm taking the server to MicroCenter. I'm certain that I indicated that this is what we needed help with, so not sure where the disconnect was - but it could be that we don't have the user name for the server... ? Not sure. Regardless, we look forward to working with you again soon!
