Alan was great, got back to me quickly and fixed my issue promptly. It ended up being a very simple fix, one I could have probably done myself had I looked further into the issue. I felt as though I had wasted his time but he was quick to reassure me that that is what they were here to do. I just love Arnet!

I work under very stressful (yet enjoyable) situations and long and sometimes crazy hours. I ran into a situation while working on one of these projects where we were facing a court filing where one of our software programs housed on your EasyNet froze. I placed my issue with your organization and I received a work ticket. I personally hate this ticket system and a used to being able to reach out to a computer specialist to resolve my issue. From the beginning when my firm chose to work with Arnet I was not happy with the choice an this was added to by upon my first meeting your technicians in our office during the conversion process their was a caustic interaction and this basically sealed my opinion of Arnet. However I have just recently had direct interaction with Arnet and have been impressed and the follow up on his issue was even more impressive. Expecting that I needed to call to get a more timely response to this Zach called me before I could call, got onto EasyNet while I was there and as we talked he resolved the frozen program issue, waited for me to re-start the program, walked me through some unusual log in issues we encountered and left me with a working software and asked that I call him back if I needed more help. I was happy, very satisfied and, very impressed. I even emailed my Firm Administrator who knew of my previous issues with Arnet. I thank you all, especially Zach, for this great experience and to allow me to continue to serve my clients.
