Took three days to get someone to respond to emails and phone calls. Once I did get a call back was told I would get a call back the next morning which did not happen. I had to call back again. Having the problem we did made it so we could not work. I wish things could have been more timely.

Jesse did an awesome job. The only problem that I encountered was when I called and left a message, the recording said we'd get a call back within an hour and it was the next day. I am a new hire at this location and needed to talk to someone there to get started with my work. It was just disappointing to be idle for several hours when I could have been working. Once I got to talk to Jesse, he was very helpful.

The only reason for not receiving excellent service is for the length of time it took to fix. I placed the ticket on Tuesday but it wasn't resolved until Thursday. I realize it was not urgent (per se) but we do have Gold Service so I guess I've come to expect that all the time. :-)
